Are there any monthly or recurring fees?
No. All our pricing is a one-time development cost. You own the code. There are no subscriptions, licensing fees, or recurring charges from us. The only recurring costs are your hosting/platform fees (like Shopify's monthly plan) and any diamond API subscriptions you maintain with providers like RapNet or IDEX.
Can I mix features from different plans?
Absolutely. These plans are starting frameworks, not rigid packages. Most clients customize. Want a ring builder without the pendant module? Need two API feeds instead of one? Tell us what you need and we'll build a custom proposal with exact pricing.
Which diamond API providers do you integrate with?
We integrate with all major diamond data providers: RapNet (Rapaport), IDEX, Nivoda, Polygon, Stuller, and private supplier feeds via CSV/API. We also support lab diamond feeds and custom diamond inventories. We've done hundreds of these integrations across Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento.
How long does development typically take?
A standalone diamond API integration takes 2–3 weeks. A ring builder add-on takes 4–6 weeks. A complete ground-up jewelry store takes 10–14 weeks. These are typical timelines your exact timeline depends on scope, revisions, and how quickly you provide feedback and content.
Why shouldn't I just use a Shopify theme and apps?
Generic Shopify themes aren't built for the jewelry industry. Diamond search requires specialized filtering (shape, color, clarity, carat, fluorescence), real-time API feeds processing thousands of stones, and configurators like ring builders that pair settings with diamonds. Off-the-shelf apps either don't exist for this or deliver a poor experience that hurts your conversion rate. We build exactly what your jewelry business needs.

Yes. The majority of our 100+ clients are international. We serve jewelers in the USA, UK, Australia, Germany, South Africa, Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Spain, Italy, France, and more. We work across time zones daily via email, WhatsApp, Basecamp, and video calls.
What's included in the 1-year free support?
Bug fixes, minor adjustments, troubleshooting API connection issues, and technical support via email and WhatsApp. This does not include new feature development or major redesigns, which are quoted separately. After the first year, you can continue with a support agreement or handle maintenance independently.
